This article investigated the intersections between education, technology, and sustainability in the context of digital transformation, with the aim of analyzing how emerging technologies can promote inclusive and socially responsible educational practices. The research addressed topics such as digitalization in the education sector, the integration of the Internet of Things, big data analysis, and the use of augmented reality, highlighting their implications for the formation of conscious and sustainable global citizens. To answer the central question of the study, a bibliographic research was carried out, following the theoretical approach described by Gil (2002), who considers this methodology adequate to organize and systematize dispersed information, and by Marconi and Lakatos (2003), who highlighted its importance in the construction of a consistent theoretical framework. The data analysis revealed that the digital transformation has democratized access to educational tools, expanding learning opportunities for marginalized populations and promoting greater efficiency in pedagogical and administrative processes. However, the results also pointed out limitations, such as the difficulty of technological implementation in regions with low infrastructure and the need for ethical governance to avoid inequalities. It was concluded that the integration of emerging technologies with educational practices can be an effective strategy to face global challenges, such as inclusion, sustainability and equity, as long as it is accompanied by public policies that guarantee universal access to technological innovations. Thus, this study contributed to the debate on education and technology as pillars for a sustainable future, encouraging new research on the subject.
