TRAINING FOR ETHNIC-RACIAL RELATIONS AT UFTM: AN OVERVIEW

Abstract

This work evaluated the training actions offered by the dean of human resources at the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro between 2023 and 2025, in order to identify the insertion of “ith a quantitative-qualitative approach, descriptive review methodology, bibliographic survey. There was almost no inclusion of this topic. In 2023, the theme was not included; In 2024, the topic was included in a course offered to the community; and in 2025 the theme was not included.  The findings indicate the need to establish goals and deadlines, monitor and evaluate affirmative action proposals in the institution.
