THE NUTRITIONAL QUALITY OF STUDENTS ENROLLED IN SOCIAL SCIENCES COURSES, BOTH ON AND OFF CAMPUS AT BRAZILIAN FEDERAL UNIVERSITIES

This quantitative research aimed to identify the eating habits of students in the Social Sciences course (UFMS/Campo Grande - MS), for the second evaluation of the Applied Statistics to Human Sciences discipline (fifth semester of 2024) taught by Professor Dr. Cássio Pinho dos Reis. The following work contains data collected from students in the discipline and colleagues from the course. A sample was obtained that shows that the population studied presents significant data reflecting the need for dietary adaptation between daily and academic reality, in which students struggle to reconcile these aspects, that is, the student chooses between having a regulated diet or engaging in their university development. Thus, this research aims to outline the preferences of these students regarding their food choices, opinions about the University Restaurant, and how they manage their diet around their class schedules.
