This article deals with the mapping of Socio-Emotional Competencies (CSE) for Distance Education (DE) students. It was carried out: 1. Theoretical survey and data analysis; 2. Application of a questionnaire with experts and 3. Definition of competencies based on the cross-referencing of data. In the bibliographic survey, a relationship between Models and Socio-emotional Competencies was established, mapping competencies that were validated by experts through the questionnaire. As a result, the Emotional area of the distance education student was established with four competencies: 1. Emotional Awareness; 2. Emotional Regulation; 3. Emotional Management and 4. Communication and Emotional expression.
