Abstract

This research aimed to analyze how digital technologies are being incorporated into the assessment process in the context of Education 4.0, focusing on learning assessment practices. The research was conducted using a qualitative, descriptive approach, with the participation of 17 basic education professionals, including teachers, pedagogical coordinators, and school administrators. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, analyzed based on categories such as digital instruments, assessment personalization, and real-time feedback. The results demonstrate that digital technologies have enhanced the assessment process by making it more dynamic, interactive, and student-centered. Platforms such as Google Forms, Kahoot!, Socrative, and others are being used to monitor student performance, promote diagnostic assessments, and provide immediate feedback. Participants reported that the inclusion of digital tools promotes engagement and allows for continuous assessment that is closer to the actual skills developed by students. It is concluded that, when combined with a critical pedagogical approach, digital technologies contribute to redefining learning assessment, bringing it closer to the principles of personalization, autonomy, and innovation, fundamental pillars of Education 4.0.
