TRADUCCIÓN, ADAPTACIÓN TRANSCULTURAL Y ANÁLISIS DE LAS PROPIEDADES DE MEDICIÓN DE LA VERSIÓN EN PORTUGUÉS BRASILEÑO DEL CUESTIONARIO DE LA ESCALA GENERAL DE LIMITACIONES NEUROPÁTICAS (ONLS)

El objetivo de este estudio fue describir el proceso de traducción y adaptación transcultural de la versión brasileña de la Escala General de Limitaciones Neuropáticas (Overall Neuropathy Limitations Scale, ONLS) al portugués brasileño. La versión traducida de la ONLS se aplicó en una muestra piloto con 30 pacientes de forma presencial y, posteriormente, se realizó una muestra ampliada con 100 pacientes, en la que el 81,0 % de la escala se aplicó de forma remota (teleconferencia) y el 19,0 % de la escala se aplicó de forma presencial. Los pacientes participantes fueron 60,0 % hombres y 40,0 % mujeres. El alfa de Cronbach para la muestra piloto de miembros superiores fue de 0,77, y para miembros inferiores fue de 0,49. La muestra ampliada con los 100 pacientes para miembros superiores fue de 0,68, y para miembros inferiores fue de 0,34.
