Rhinophyma, commonly referred to as "potato nose," is a benign, chronic, and rare condition considered the most advanced form of rosacea, corresponding to the fourth and final stage of this inflammatory skin disease (Dick, 2023). Although rosacea predominantly affects women, rhinophyma has a marked predilection for men, particularly in Caucasian individuals over 50. The condition is rare in African-Americans and Asian populations (Chauhan, 2020).
