Low back pain is one of the leading causes of functional disability worldwide, affecting a large portion of the population and directly impacting quality of life and healthcare costs. Among the physiotherapeutic strategies used for its treatment, electrotherapy, the Pilates Method, and Global Postural Reeducation (GPR) stand out, aiming to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent recurrences. Given the clinical and social relevance of low back pain and the variety of available therapeutic approaches, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze, through a systematic literature review, the outcomes of physiotherapy with electrotherapy, Pilates, and GPR in the management of low back pain, identifying the main intervention protocols employed, the most frequently reported clinical outcomes—such as pain intensity, functionality, quality of life, and work capacity—and comparing the effectiveness of the three approaches. A systematic review was conducted between February and April 2025, following PRISMA guidelines. Randomized clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses published between 2019 and 2024, in Portuguese or English, were included from databases such as PubMed, SciELO, PEDro, LILACS, and Google Scholar. Descriptors were defined according to DeCS and MeSH, and eligible studies were critically and qualitatively analyzed regarding applied protocols and reported results. The expected findings aim to provide evidence-based support for clinical practice, assisting in the selection of safe, effective, and personalized interventions for patients with low back pain.
