Este artículo analiza la ejecutoriedad de las decisiones de la Corte Internacional de Justicia, explorando los desafíos que enfrenta la ejecución de sentencias y sus implicaciones para la estabilidad del derecho internacional. A través de la jurisprudencia analizada, este estudio destaca el problema recurrente de la no ejecución de las decisiones de la CIJ, a pesar del reconocimiento formal de su autoridad por parte de los Estados miembros de la ONU.
