Student dropout in higher education is a growing issue that has attracted the attention of researchers worldwide. This study aims to map the scientific production on this topic through a bibliometric analysis using data from the Web of Science. Searches were conducted using terms related to undergraduate dropout. The articles retrieved were analyzed through graphs, network analysis, and tables, primarily using the Bibliometrix package. The results present an inventory of publications with relevant information for researchers in the field. The study provides systematized data that support academic dropout research in Brazil and globally, contributing to the understanding of the topic and the development of public policies.
