ECONOMIC DYNAMICS AND URBAN GROWTH OF ARIQUEMES-RO

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the development of the municipality of Ariquemes over time, since its emancipation, looking at its management and planning. Considering land-use management actions, as this is seen as an important factor resulting from public decision-making and for the promotion of the urban sector, in order to better serve its population. From this perspective, in order to achieve the proposed objective, the study's methodological procedure is based on a literature review with a documentary research character, using historical sources made up of elaborate materials such as books and articles, as well as resorting to primary sources, i.e. reports from residents and empirical observation.
