This scholarly article investigates the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing smart urban mobility and public security, with a particular emphasis on the Venda Nova district of Belo Horizonte. It advocates for the deployment of mobility stations as a strategic infrastructure component for the implementation of intelligent urban solutions. The study seeks not only to mitigate the region’s public transportation challenges but also to critically examine the ethical, legal, and social implications—such as privacy concerns and algorithmic bias—within the framework of Brazilian regulatory standards.
