OS DESAFIOS DA IMUNOTERAPIA DE RNA MENSAGEIRO NO TRATAMENTO DO CÂNCER

Resumo

Dado a recorrente demanda por eficientes formas de tratar o câncer e suas adversidades, este estudo foi desenvolvido na finalidade de agregar conhecimentos para colaborar com uma das alternativas mais inovadoras e eficazes no combate a complexidade e resistência das células tumorais, a imunoterapia com utilização de mRNA. Para o mesmo, foram empregados banco de dados de 2015 a 2025 sobre a uso de mRNA no desenvolvimento de vacinas para câncer, bem como o mecanismo, especificações e implicações, ressaltando os principais desafios e resultados no desempenho das pesquisas. Logo, esta revisão visa elucidar a eficácia da terapia, demostrando ensaios clínicos promissores em diversas frentes oncológicas e destacando a relevância dessa tecnologia na capacidade de modular a expressão gênica de forma altamente seletiva frente a proliferação descontrolada das células cancerígenas, a resistência a tratamentos e a evasão imunológica. Por fim, este estudo, por meio de acervo bibliográfico, integra com informações na busca por soluções, e medidas mais recentes para tratamento dos diferentes tipos de cânceres que acometem a humanidade.
