The Editorial Policy of the Scientific Journal LUMEN ET VIRTUS (LEV) establishes the principles, guidelines, and practices adopted in the process of submission, evaluation, publication, and dissemination of scientific works.

The content of the published articles is the sole responsibility of their authors. The opinions, analyses, and conclusions expressed in the works do not necessarily reflect the position of the Scientific Journal LUMEN ET VIRTUS (LEV) or its publisher.

The total or partial reproduction of the articles is permitted, provided that the original source is properly cited, in accordance with the terms of the license adopted by the journal.

Plagiarism and Scientific Integrity Policy

The Scientific Journal LUMEN ET VIRTUS (LEV) adopts rigorous practices to ensure the academic and scientific integrity of its content.

All submitted manuscripts may be checked for originality using text similarity detection tools. Works that present plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or other unethical editorial practices will be rejected.

In cases of proven scientific misconduct, the journal may adopt editorial measures proportional to the severity of the case, including the refusal of new submissions for a specified period.

Copyright

By submitting a manuscript to the Scientific Journal LUMEN ET VIRTUS (LEV), authors declare that the work is original, unpublished, and is not under simultaneous evaluation by another journal.

Copyright remains with the authors. Upon acceptance of the article for publication, the authors grant the Scientific Journal LUMEN ET VIRTUS (LEV) the right of first publication, in accordance with the terms of the license adopted by the journal.

Authors may request the withdrawal of the manuscript at any time prior to publication. Requests made at advanced stages of the editorial process will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the progress of the edition.
