This article, entitled "Teenage Pregnancy and Health Policies in Angola: Impacts and Challenges," is the result of exploratory. Teenage pregnancy is recognized worldwide as a public health problem, with challenges spanning multiple dimensions and diverse sectors of society. Angola is a country recognized by international organizations as having a high rate of teenage pregnancy. This article aims to reflect on teenage pregnancy, its impacts, and contemporary challenges in Angola. This is bibliographical and documentary research, adopting dialectical historical materialism to explain the complexities of this social phenomenon. It is hoped that this research will enable us to implement public policies already developed, to have the courage to implement interventions in communities with the highest rates of teenage pregnancy, and to foster a partnership between the state, social workers, and other professionals in the communities identified above.
