The research aims to understand the increase in population senescence and, consequently, the need for strategies by institutions that regulate public health, with the prerogative of preventing chronic diseases and conditions that promote better living in the geriatric population. The alliance of nutritional supplementation and physical exercise can mitigate effects such as sarcopenia, osteoporosis and cognitive decline. There is a need to discuss the impact of nutritional supplementation on the health of the social group in question, as well as the progress and physical performance of those who adhere to constant physical activity. The research will be carried out using an integrative review model focused on the effects of the above on the lives of elderly people. Scientific studies carried out in the 21st century (2009-2024) will be selected, separated and investigated, which address supplementation combined with physical activity. The qualitative analysis will seek to identify patterns and gaps, highlighting the most consistent evidence and possible directions for future research.
