THE ROLE OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL TRAINING AND PLANNING

This article is the result of Stage IV of Module VII, carried out through bibliographic research, observation and interviews required for academic training at the Leonardo da Vinci University Center-Uniasselvi. In this context, the general objective of this work is to show the importance of the educational manager in the school institution, as he is the main articulator in the construction of an environment of dialogue and participation conducive to better development of the professionals' work and, consequently, to the success of the educational-pedagogical process. The methodology applied was bibliographic, qualitative and exploratory research, based on electronic searches on the websites of Scielo, Pubmed, and defined Journals. The study showed that the school manager develops important strategies regarding educational actions in general.
