This study synthesizes evidence on sensory challenges faced by neurodivergent people in beauty salons and proposes practical measures to foster sensory accessibility, empathetic communication and responsible governance, through a bibliographic review that combined findings from neuroscience, occupational therapy and service management, results identify recurrent triggers such as continuous noise, volatile fragrances, unexpected touch and inadequate lighting, factors that increase cognitive load and reduce tolerance for aesthetic procedures, in response the study recommends implementing predictable protocols, intake screening forms at booking, low-traffic appointment windows, optional sensory kits, environmental adjustments (sound control, ventilation and lighting) and continuous professional training, alongside ethical practices for collecting and protecting sensory information and technical partnerships with occupational therapists to validate interventions, it is highlighted that moderate investments in adaptation tend to yield returns through client retention and market differentiation, the study concludes that combining physical adjustments, professional development and structured communication provides a practical roadmap to transform aesthetic services into inclusive and dignifying experiences for clients with diverse perceptual profiles
