The text presents a reflection on the influence of neoliberalism on the evolutionary process of health systems in South America, starting with a presentation of the concept of public policies and how they affect a country's development
The term Public Policy is considered broad, there is no single or best concept, so in this study we consider a set of actions and measures carried out by the government to meet the needs of the population and protect people's rights, help or provide services, with the aim of ensuring that people enjoy the rights guaranteed by law.
