Digital transformation in medium-sized Brazilian companies represents a strategic process that involves modernizing operations, adopting emerging technologies, and redefining organizational culture. This movement aims to increase operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and expand competitiveness in increasingly digital markets. Despite the potential for innovation, many organizations face challenges related to financial constraints, lack of digital skills, internal resistance, and the absence of structured planning. Digital maturity in this segment remains at an intermediate stage, characterized by isolated initiatives and difficulties in consolidating integrated strategies. The gradual adoption of cloud solutions, continuous investment in team training, the creation of robust governance structures, and the strengthening of leadership commitment emerge as viable paths to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable results. Transforming the business model with a focus on innovation and the intelligent use of data becomes an essential condition for the competitive repositioning of these companies in the national context.
