RISCOS OCUPACIONAIS, IMPACTOS NA SAÚDE E ESTRATÉGIAS DE PREVENÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM PERIOPERATÓRIA: SCOPING REVIEW

Considerando a elevada complexidade do contexto perioperatório e a exposição dos enfermeiros a múltiplos riscos ocupacionais, torna-se relevante compreender de forma integrada os seus impactos na saúde e as estratégias de prevenção descritas na literatura. Objetiva-se mapear os tipos de riscos ocupacionais, os seus impactos na saúde e as estratégias de prevenção descritas na literatura científica no contexto perioperatório. Para tanto, procede-se a uma scoping review, desenvolvida de acordo com as recomendações do Joanna Briggs Institute, incluindo estudos publicados nos últimos cinco anos que abordam riscos ocupacionais em enfermeiros do contexto perioperatório. Desse modo, foram incluídos 13 estudos, que evidenciaram exposição multifatorial a riscos físicos, ergonómicos, ambientais, radiológicos e psicossociais, associada a impactos relevantes na saúde física e mental, nomeadamente distúrbios musculoesqueléticos, fadiga, stress ocupacional e sintomas relacionados com exposições ambientais. As estratégias de prevenção descritas incluíram intervenções ergonómicas, medidas de proteção individual, formação profissional e intervenções organizacionais, o que permite concluir que os riscos ocupacionais no contexto perioperatório são diversos e cumulativos, exigindo abordagens preventivas integradas e sustentadas, orientadas para a promoção da saúde dos enfermeiros e para a segurança dos cuidados.
